2. Usually, within 48 hours, we will send you a welcome email with lots of great information. Grab your favorite drink, tea, or coffee, and take your time to read it. In our welcome email, you will find two quotes. The first one is for the initial, deeper cleaning that we usually estimate per hour because we don't really know how long it might take… But after being in business for over 15 years, we typically have a pretty good idea. This way, you have a budget to work with. Please note that we do not start services without an initial cleaning for 2 reasons. 1st-its a new house to us, and it naturally takes longer to clean it. 2nd-when we do an initial cleaning, we tend to clean everything from top to bottom, under and behind. We will wipe every surface. This way, we know that WE have done cleaning to our standards, and we can now maintain this standard. Please keep in mind that usually, this is a long and very detailed process. Many man-hours. Think-spring or fall cleaning. This is your investment. You and your home deserve this investment. And 2nd quote will be for a visit fee. Every time we come and clean, you will be charged the same fee. When we have a good routine for your home, we tend to spend about the same time every time we come, plus-minus 15 min.
3. After you review our quote and hopefully decide to go forward with our company, we try to find a spot for you on our calendar for an initial cleaning. It does take few weeks because we have only so many spots for more extended visits. But once you are on the schedule-you are in! We will set you up for your desired schedule, weekly or bi-weekly. Typically, we come on the same day... For example, every other Thursday. Once we add you to our software, we start building a file on you. We take a lot of notes when we do a walk-through. We notice details, and we are starting to getting know you, your living habits, and such. This way, when the new team comes, they go through all notes about your home and know exactly what to do without taking any time to figure things out.
As much we like to send the same team every time, so they get to know you, we send different team time to time, for few reasons. The difference between the owner-operator and the company is that we guarantee to show up. If someone calls out, we still make it happen because we have over 14 wonderful employees. And clean yourself, because you have company coming and you were relying on that owner-operator. Ouch.
But also, because we like to send different teat to have a fresh set of eyes. To see if there is anything we are not doing because the team gets into a routine and sometimes misses some things.
4. And last, but not least... After an initial cleaning and maybe the first regular visit, please give us feedback. We build this company on communication, and we believe that you can not have a relationship without communication. We don't want to be just another cleaning company for you. We want to have a relationship with you.

Our employees are all fully bonded and insured, we cover all payroll taxes and workers’ compensation. Our quality control system is in place to assist our field staff in delivering our services.
